Java PM

As the Lead for development projects, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects. This includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. You will develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitoring and reporting on project progress, risks, and issues will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will define and track KPIs for project performance, team velocity, and Agile maturity. Creating dashboards and reports for leadership visibility is also a key aspect of your responsibilities.
