We are looking for a Java Multi-threading Developer with expertise in Java programming and a comprehensive understanding of multi-threading concepts. As a Java Multi-threading Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing high-performance applications that capitalize on Java's abilities for concurrent processing. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining robust multi-threaded applications utilizing Java and Core Java. You will be expected to implement efficient thread management and synchronization mechanisms to enhance application performance. Troubleshooting and resolving performance issues related to multi-threading scenarios will also be part of your role. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define application requirements and translating them into technical solutions will be essential. Additionally, conducting code reviews and providing mentorship to junior developers in multi-threading best practices will be a key responsibility. It is important to stay updated with the latest trends in Java development and multi-threading techniques. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in Core Java & JMS, Spring boot, and multi-threading Java development, focusing on multi-threading and concurrency. A deep understanding of Java concurrency concepts such as thread lifecycle, synchronization, locks, and the Java Memory Model is required. Experience with relevant Java libraries and frameworks like Java Collections Framework and Executors framework is necessary. Knowledge of performance tuning techniques and tools for threaded applications, as well as familiarity with design patterns that optimize multi-threading, are essential. Strong collaboration skills, effective communication with stakeholders, experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), and Agile methodologies are also desired. Preferred qualifications include experience in working with multi-threaded applications on cloud environments, familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture, and exposure to tools for logging and monitoring multi-threaded applications.
