We are looking for a Java Multi-threading Developer proficient in Java programming and with a deep knowledge of multi-threading concepts. As a Java Multi-threading Developer, you will play a crucial role in crafting and implementing high-performance applications that make the most of Java's capabilities for concurrent processing. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining robust multi-threaded applications using Java, Core Java, and JMS. You will be tasked with implementing effective thread management and synchronization mechanisms to enhance application performance and troubleshooting performance issues related to multi-threading scenarios. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define application requirements and translating them into technical solutions will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews and offer guidance to junior developers in multi-threading best practices while staying abreast of the latest trends in Java development and multi-threading techniques. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in Core Java & JMS, Spring Boot, and multi-threading Java development, with a strong focus on multi-threading and concurrency. A deep understanding of Java concurrency concepts like thread lifecycle, synchronization, locks, and the Java Memory Model is essential. Experience with relevant Java libraries and frameworks, including Java Collections Framework and Executors framework, is required. Proficiency in performance tuning techniques and tools for threaded applications, familiarity with design patterns optimizing multi-threading, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and effectively communicate with stakeholders are also necessary.
