Java Lead/Chief Manager

As a Chief Manager Technology, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Assess business requirements and design efficient solutions to meet the needs effectively. - Manage a team of Technical Leads and Developers to ensure smooth operations. - Guide team members on technical design, architecture, and coding to align with functional requirements. - Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Quality Assurance, and other vertical heads for successful product/solution delivery. - Maintain delivery quality by establishing processes and conducting reviews using automated tools like Git, Sonarqube, and Jenkins. - Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards, frameworks, and policies. - Prepare, publish, and present status reports to senior management. Your qualifications and technical skills should include: - Strong background in Java, RESTful Web Services, SQL, Spring Framework, TCP/IP programming, JSON/XML messaging, XSLT programming, and Angular/React or similar JavaScript technologies. - Experience in implementing full lifecycle software development processes and DevOps using tools such as Git, Jenkins, SourceTree, and code review tools like Sonarqube. - Understanding of mission-critical, scalable, and high-performance application architecture design. - Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and optimization techniques will be an advantage.
