Java Lead with Azure Cloud

You are looking for a Java Developer with experience in Azure Cloud. With a minimum of 9+ years of software development experience and 2+ years in a lead role, you will lead a high-performance team while also contributing individually. You will collaborate closely with Managers (Technical and Product) to define project plans and activities, develop architecture strategies, and promote team collaboration towards software engineering best practices. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality code through reviews, creating integrated products in short design cycles, and working on Agile/Scrum/Kanban projects. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in Core Java, J2EE with Spring, JPA, Hibernate, Spring Boot, RESTful Web services, and Microservices. Proficiency in RDBMS/MySQL databases, documenting processes and code using tools like POSTMAN and Swagger, and experience with Azure services is crucial. Additionally, a basic understanding of Caching (Redis) and Search/Index Platform (Elastic Search) is required.
