The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java technologies, including Java EE, Spring Framework, and Hibernate, along with strong leadership skills to manage and mentor high-performing software engineering teams. Primary (Mandatory) Skills:Java/J2EE Technologies: Expertise in Java, including Java EE and core Java development.Spring Framework: Proficiency in developing web applications using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring DI, and Spring AOP.RESTful Web Services: Hands-on experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.Database Technologies: Solid experience with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.Microservices Architecture: Proven ability to develop microservices-based applications. Cloud Platforms & Containerization: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies.CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins and GitLab.Agile Methodologies: Strong adherence to agile practices, emphasizing quality and standards-based development.Secondary (Desirable) Skills:Real-time Messaging: Experience with real-time messaging integration using Kafka or similar frameworks.Additional Technologies: Exposure to other programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js) is a plus.Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing and leading mid to large software engineering teams.
