Java Lead

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance application using

  Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture

  .
• Architecture and implement

  microservices-based solutions

  with strong knowledge of

  RESTful APIs

  and service orchestration.
• Work extensively with

  AWS cloud services

  (ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.) for application deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver both

  Managed Services

  and

  Professional Services

  solutions aligned with business needs.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to development teams.
• Define coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Drive performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of complex applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure application security, compliance, and reliability in cloud-based environments.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong expertise in

  Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Microservices

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  AWS services

  (EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation).
• Experience with

  Managed Services and Professional Services delivery models

  .
• Good understanding of

  containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

  .
• Knowledge of

  CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle, GitLab CI/CD)

  .
• Strong experience in

  design patterns, multithreading, and system architecture

  .
• Experience with

  SQL/NoSQL databases

  (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Exposure to monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch, Grafana).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in leading a team of engineers in a distributed environment.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
