The key aspects of this role: Should possess great technical skills (dealing with platform / epic level changes ) Minimum 6+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot Must have - Strong technical skills in Java/J2EE tech stack, observability, monitoring, cloud infra, DevOps. Should be able to independently drive the project, with technical decision making. Expoure on creating migration plans to migrate services from on-prem to cloud. Must have - Good communication skills and should be able to work in collaboration with multiple teams at client end. Should have good understanding of design and architecture and should be able to create ADRs. Good to have - Open Telementary and Loki, OpenStack Roles and Responsibilites: Strong communication skills with the ability to think and act strategically and creatively the candidate will be driving a 4 members team, as a tech lead Should be able to hand a small-sized team Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for working as part of a team Write high-quality code, according to agreed standards Identify areas of technical debt and refactor code to improve maintainability where appropriate. Troubleshoot issues and fix bugs found in the code. Actively participate in all the practices that the agile development team engages in, including daily stand-up, sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives. Collaborate with all members of the agile development team. Raise risks and issues as appropriate. Suggest ways to improve team processes or introduce new practices where beneficial. Its good to have: 60% & above in any two of the following and 55% & above in the third Secondary, Higher Secondary (or it s equivalent) and Graduation level (aggregate) Strong Communication & interpersonal Skills.
