Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Java development.
Extensive experience with Java EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and related technologies.
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and web services.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
Proficiency in build tools (Maven, Gradle), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring development teams.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
