Java Lead

We are looking for a Java Lead with 5-7 Year of experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications.

You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications.

This role requires a strong technical leader who can provide guidance, mentorship, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards,

while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver exceptional software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Architect, design, develop, and maintain complex Java applications and services.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of developed solutions through code reviews, testing, and adherence to established coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, TPMs, business and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and designs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.

Requirements and skills:

• BTech/BE degree in Computer Science engineering or a related subject.
• Profound insight of Java and JEE internals
• Excellent knowledge of Kafka, Kubernetes , MongoDB, SQL, Redis, Docker.
• Experience in the SpringBoot Framework, Rest API.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud).
