Role Overview

Technical Developer

Key Responsibilities

Act as a technical bridge between client and offshore teams.
Participate in client meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure timely delivery of assigned tickets and sprint commitments.
Work closely with clients to plan workloads and deployments.
Identify and proactively address challenges or blockers.
Drive solution design and technical discussions with a focus on scalability and performance.

Technical Skills Required

Languages:
Java 8/11, Golang (2+ years of experience)
Frameworks:
Spring Boot, REST-based Microservices, OAuth 2.0
Cloud & DevOps:
AWS (VPC, EC2, S3, Lambda), Kubernetes, Kafka, ArgoCD
Tools:
Jira, Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD tools
Methodologies:
Kanban, Agile Scrum (preferred)
Other Skills:

Strong API design and implementation experience
Understanding of application architecture and security
