Java Fullstack Developer

As a highly experienced Fullstack Java Developer, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs. You will be responsible for building and monitoring microservices within a distributed system architecture, working with persistence technologies including JPA, Hibernate, MS-SQL, and PostgreSQL, and implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or AWS DevOps. Additionally, you will develop responsive front-end applications using React (or Angular), HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind, collaborate in Agile teams, utilize cloud services and infrastructure (preferably AWS), and integrate applications with cloud-native services. It will also be expected of you to optimize code performance and database queries, maintain version control using git, and adhere to software development best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs. - Build and monitor microservices within a distributed system architecture. - Work with persistence technologies including JPA, Hibernate, MS-SQL, and PostgreSQL. - Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or AWS DevOps. - Develop responsive front-end applications using React (or Angular), HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind. - Collaborate in Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and demos. - Utilize cloud services and infrastructure (preferably AWS) to build and deploy solutions. - Integrate applications with cloud-native services and handle container orchestration (EKS, AKS, or GKE). - Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures. - Work with event-driven architectures and technologies like Kafka, MQ, and event buses. - Optimize code performance and database queries. - Maintain version control using git and adhere to software development best practices. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred). - 8+ years of hands-on experience in core Java application development. - Proficiency in Java 11+ features such as Streams, Lambdas, and functional programming. - Solid knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and REST API design. - Experience with containerization and Kubernetes. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and continuous delivery processes.
