Java Fullstack Developer-Lead-Vice President

As an Applications Development Lead Analyst at Issuer Services Technology, your role involves leading an experienced engineering team to implement new or revised application systems in coordination with the Issuer Services Technology team. The Issuer Services business has aggressive growth goals for the next 3-5 years and has made significant investments in Technology. Your contribution is critical to ensuring project oversight and delivery of solutions to Operations and Front Office businesses are best in class and scalable to support continued growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions and identify necessary system enhancements - Resolve high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes and industry standards - Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design aligns with the architecture blueprint - Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation - Contribute to strategies for applications development and other functional areas - Manage one or more Applications Development teams to accomplish established goals - Impact the Applications Development area through monitoring end results and budget management - Ensure essential procedures are followed and standards are defined **Qualifications:** - 13-18 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis - Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development - Demonstrated leadership and project management skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication - Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, SSO, Microservices, Angular 8 or higher, React, and CI/CD principles - Familiarity with DevOps practices and Microservices architecture - Knowledge of modern AI-based tools like Copilot - Experience with Agile, SDLC, and DevOps processes **Education:** - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Master's degree preferred If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use search tools and apply for career opportunities, review Accessibility at Citi.
