We are Hiring Java Full Stack TRAINER : Experience: 3 - 4 Years Relevant Experience: 1 Year WORK Mode : OFFICE MANDATORY Notice Period : Immediate Location: Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Java Full Stack Trainer to deliver engaging and effective training to students or corporate professionals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience and a deep understanding of modern Java full stack technologies, combined with a flair for teaching and mentoring. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver training programs on Java Full Stack development. Conduct sessions on Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React, MySQL/PostgreSQL , and related technologies. Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and coding exercises. Guide students through project work, code reviews, and technical mentoring. Track progress, provide feedback, and support students in real-time problem-solving. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices. Customize training modules based on audience (freshers, working professionals, corporate teams). Assist in developing curriculum for different levels of learners (beginner to advanced). Participate in webinars, seminars, and other educational events when needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java full stack development. Proficiency in: Backend: Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Hibernate Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular or React Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB Tools: Git, Maven, Postman, VS Code, Eclipse/IntelliJ Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting technical training sessions.
