Description
Application Development Oversight Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of complex web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks. Establish best practices for writing clean, scalable, and efficient code in both front-end and back-end development. 2. Front-End Development Leadership Guide the development of responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, ensuring the feasibility of designs and alignment with project objectives. 3. Back-End Development and Architecture Direct the development of robust APIs and RESTful services using Java and Spring frameworks. Oversee the implementation of business logic, data storage solutions, and third-party integrations, ensuring high reliability and scalability. 4. Database Management and Optimization Lead database design, optimization, and management efforts for systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Establish standards for writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexing to ensure optimal database performance. 5. Testing, Debugging, and Quality Assurance Ensure the creation and maintenance of comprehensive unit and integration tests for code quality and reliability. Mentor team members in debugging and troubleshooting techniques for both front-end and back-end code. 6. Code Reviews and Team Collaboration Conduct and lead peer code reviews, ensuring adherence to established coding standards and best practices. Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, including QA engineers, product managers, and other developers to deliver quality products. 7. Version Control and CI/CD Pipeline Management Manage version control using Git for efficient code management and collaboration. Lead CI/CD efforts with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to streamline build and deployment processes, ensuring fast and reliable releases. 8. Security, Optimization, and Best Practices Oversee implementation of security best practices, including data protection, vulnerability management, and compliance with industry standards. Drive optimization efforts to ensure applications run at maximum speed, scalability, and efficiency. 9. Documentation, Maintenance, and Technical Leadership Establish and enforce documentation standards for codebases, technical requirements, and maintenance procedures. Ensure the maintenance and updating of codebases, minimizing technical debt and improving scalability across projects. 10. Continuous Learning and Innovation Stay updated with emerging trends in Java, full-stack development, and related technologies, and encourage team members to do the same. Identify and introduce new tools, frameworks, and technologies to the team to maintain a competitive edge in the industry. Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in Java (Java SE, Java EE) and related frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring MVC Front-End Proficiency : Strong understanding of Angular.
