Job Title: Senior Java Fullstack Developer (React & AWS)

Location: PAN India

Experience Level: 6+ years

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Fullstack Developer with strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), React.js, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern fullstack application development, be capable of leading projects, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-quality solutions in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable fullstack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate frontend components with backend services
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Utilize AWS services (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.) for cloud-native development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior team members
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives
• Ensure quality through unit testing, integration testing, and continuous delivery pipelines

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in Java development, particularly with Spring Boot
• 3+ years of experience with React.js and modern frontend practices (Redux, Hooks, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture and services
• Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, etc.)
• Proficient in DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, Git, Docker, Jenkins, etc.)
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation)
• Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets, or serverless architectures
• Certifications in AWS or Java development are a plus
