Description We are seeking a highly-skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 8-12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, be self-motivated, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using Java and related technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software requirements Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers Participate in agile development process including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field 8-12 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and JPA Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS or ReactJS Experience with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills
