Java Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable digital solutions using modern technologies. The role involves working closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to build end-to-end applications, drive continuous improvements, and ensure high-quality deliverables. This position requires strong hands-on experience across both backend and frontend development, with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Build responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate with external systems and messaging queues (Kafka or similar).
• Work with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, OpenSearch, and Elastic for scalable data solutions.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with QA for API testing and validation of features.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Support CI/CD implementation through tools like GitLab, Jenkins, and deployment on Kubernetes clusters.
• Ensure best practices in application security, performance tuning, and maintainability.
• Document design, architecture, and technical specifications clearly.

Required Skills (Mandatory):

• Strong hands-on experience in Spring Boot (Java, Microservices).
• Expertise in NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, OpenSearch, or Elastic.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in unit testing frameworks (JUnit or similar).
• Skilled in API testing (Postman, Swagger, or equivalent tools).
• Frontend expertise in React.js and Next.js.
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging queue systems.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, Ownership-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
