Job Description

Position: Java Full Stack Developer

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Pune (Hybrid/Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure responsive UI/UX.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and WebSockets.Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven.Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB is a plus).Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is desirable.Domain Expertise:Mandatory: Strong understanding of Capital Markets domain.Experience working on applications with heavy domain flavor such as trading platforms, market data systems, or investment banking tools.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work in an agile development environment.
