Job Description

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join the IT Transformation team and support the modernization of mission-critical financial market applications.
The role involves end-to-end application development including design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and automated deployment using modern full-stack and microservices-based architectures.
The selected candidate will work in an agile environment, contribute across all SDLC phases, and collaborate closely with business, IT, and external vendor teams.
Responsibilities also include participation in project initiation activities, development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and delivery of scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
The role supports large-scale transformation initiatives aimed at improving system performance, resilience, and faster time-to-market.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based full stack applications
Work on microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
Participate in agile ceremonies and SDLC activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Vendors)
Support multiple projects concurrently
Contribute to PoCs and transformation initiatives
