Java Full Stack Architect 10+ Yrs | 35 LPA | Bengaluru Java Full Stack Architect Experience: 10+ years Location: Bengaluru (On-site) Salary: 35 LPA Type: Full Time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise-level web applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with modern Java technologies and front-end frameworks, with strong architectural thinking and the ability to lead and mentor engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead architecture, design, and development of full stack web applications. Define and implement best practices in coding, design, DevOps, and cloud. Architect microservices-based applications and RESTful APIs using Java/Spring Boot. Drive the adoption of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue). Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve system performance and scalability. Ensure high standards of code quality and security. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and junior architects. Participate in code and design reviews. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in software development. Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate. Hands-on experience with front-end technologies like Angular, React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services. Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GraphQL, Kafka, Elasticsearch. Hands-on with DevOps practices and tools (Terraform, Ansible). Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Java technologies.
