As a Software Development Lead with 6-8 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems. Your role involves applying your knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects or clients. Leading a team, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring project success. Your main responsibilities will include being an Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating and managing the team, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions, providing solutions to problems across teams, leading team meetings, and offering guidance on project tasks. You will also review and approve technical designs and code changes, as well as identify and address project risks and issues proactively. In terms of professional and technical skills, proficiency in Java Full Stack Development is a must.
