Collaborate closely with the developers who build and maintain our in-house design

system, to give feedback and recommendations on the components and developer

experience.

? Participate in design reviews to ensure that implementations are consistent with design

specifications and user expectations.

? Implement and advocate for accessibility best practices in all software deliverables to

ensure inclusivity across all user demographics.

? Facilitate and refine our CI/CD processes to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.

? Proactively monitor and address issues related to the usability, performance, and

scalability of the front-end applications.

Strong understanding of design principles, web standards, and best practices for creating

interactive and responsive application front-ends.

? Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices to ensure compliance and

functionality across all user interfaces.

? Proficiency in using version control systems like Git, and familiarity with continuous

integration and deployment environments.

? Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to

high-quality, reusable code.

? Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional

teams and explaining technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

? A passion for continuous learning and innovation in web technologies and design
