Java & Devops Tech Lead Analyst

As an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst at our company, your role involves establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. **Responsibilities:** - Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and identify necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements - Resolve a variety of high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards - Provide expertise in the area and advanced knowledge of applications programming while ensuring application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint - Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards - Develop a comprehensive understanding of how different business areas integrate to achieve business goals - Conduct in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions - Act as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed - Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, with a focus on compliance, ethical judgment, and safeguarding the company **Qualifications:** - 12+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role - Proficiency in Java, Python, WebLogic, WebSphere, open shift, microservices, UI/angular, mongo, SAAS, cloud native - Experience with CI/CD, service now, tekton, harness - Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications - Experience in managing and implementing successful projects - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development - Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate - Demonstrated leadership and project management skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Education:** - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Masters degree preferred This job description offers an overview of the work performed in this role.
