Role Overview: As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality scalable applications. Your expertise will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring efficient and effective project completion. Working on complex components, you will lead the development of e-commerce, flight, and hotel booking applications using Java. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers and contribute to enhancing overall development processes. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, implementing, and maintaining applications using the Java tech stack to deliver high-quality scalable solutions based on project requirements. - Leading the development of complex components by translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications. - Actively participating in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirement gathering to maintenance. - Monitoring production and non-production environments to identify and resolve issues effectively. - Writing clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code following best practices and standards. - Improving existing systems by adding new features and optimizing performance, security, and stability. - Monitoring application performance and implementing innovative solutions for enhanced system efficiency. - Providing guidance and support to junior developers to foster a collaborative and productive team environment. - Following and promoting best practices in software development, deployment, and maintenance to maintain high standards across all projects. Qualifications Required: - 2.6 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Java, Java Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. - A strong understanding of the complete SDLC cycle and relevant technical concepts. - Solid knowledge of DBMS and relational databases. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with logical and creative thinking abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork. - Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a strong team player.,
