Job Description

Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development

Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.
Write well-structured, testable, and efficient Java code.

Lifecycle Management

Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Prepare and produce releases of software components.

System Design

Analyze user requirements and define application objectives.
Ensure application designs align with business goals.

Testing & Debugging

Conduct software analysis, testing, and debugging.
Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.

Documentation

Create detailed design documentation and user guides.
Maintain records for future reference and compliance.

Continuous Improvement

Explore new technologies and propose enhancements to existing infrastructure.
Support architectural reviews and performance tuning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven hands-on experience in Java development and Java EE platforms.
Strong understanding of object-oriented design and common design patterns.
Experience with relational databases, SQL, and ORM tools like Hibernate.
Familiarity with Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, and web technologies.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passion for clean code and scalable architecture.
