Job Description

As a Software Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop, test, implement, and maintain application software. You will also be tasked with designing, implementing, and maintaining complex database schemas using Oracle and PL/SQL. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will work with existing codebases to enhance functionality and performance. It is imperative to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the successful execution of projects. You will develop project plans and revise them as needed to meet changing needs and requirements. Monitoring customer issues and ensuring their resolution in a timely manner will be part of your duties. As a mentor, you will shadow employees and provide timely and constructive feedback on their performance. You must be well versed in Agile methodology and possess strong capabilities to lead projects and deliver successful outcomes to clients. Other duties may be assigned by your immediate supervisor or upper management as necessary.,
