Position: Software Engineer Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan) Type: Full-Time Job Summary: As a Software Engineer at RoboMQ, you will be primarily responsible for the design and development of Java-based backend microservices catering to the Hire2Retire IGA platform. We are seeking individuals with a strong foundation in analytical thinking, design principles, and development expertise. The ideal candidate should exhibit proficiency in requirements definition, use case development, interface design, and code implementation. A comprehensive understanding of software technologies, coupled with a rapid learning aptitude and problem-solving acumen, is crucial for success in this role. Required Experience and Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Java Development (Java 21). - Holds a degree in Engineering from a reputable institute. - Proficiency in software development on the Linux platform. - Hands-on experience with microservices utilizing Messaging (AMQP/RabbitMQ). - Proficiency in database development, including Relational databases, SQL, Redis, and familiarity with data processing concepts. - Knowledge of web services, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, multithreading, and data structures. - Ability to develop, test, and maintain scalable Java applications. - Demonstrated capability to write clean, efficient, and reusable code following industry best practices. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams to define, design, and implement new features. - Actively engage in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. - Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Desired Skills: It would be advantageous if you possess experience in any of the following technologies: - Exposure to Cloud Technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud. - Proficiency in DevOps practices encompassing Jenkins, build pipelines, cloud deployment, and networking concepts. - Familiarity with working in Docker and Kubernetes-based environments.
