Java Developer Progammer Analyst

The Applications Development Programmer Analyst position is an intermediate level role where you will be responsible for contributing to the establishment and implementation of new or updated application systems and programs in collaboration with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to assist in applications systems analysis and programming activities. Responsibilities: - Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field (preferred). - Strong experience (2 to 5 years) in UI technologies such as Java Script, Angular Js, focusing on design, development, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and deployment. - Preferably have experience in Java. - Proficient in HTML5 Technologies, CSS 2/3 fundamentals. - Exposure to SASS, Less, or Stylus is a plus. - Understanding of reactive functional programming paradigm and concepts. - Subject matter expertise in JavaScript up to ES2015 with knowledge of ECMA future proposals. - Hands-on experience with Angular 4 & above. - Knowledge of Babel, Web pack, Grunt, Gulp, etc. - Familiarity with Web Sphere and Linux or UNIX. - Awareness of standard SDLC and Agile processes. - Experience in Documentum is desirable. - Ability to assess risk appropriately in business decisions, with a focus on compliance, ethical judgment, and transparency. Qualifications: - 2-5 years of relevant experience. - Experience in programming/debugging for business applications. - Working knowledge of industry practices, standards, and specific business areas for application development. - Working knowledge of program languages. - Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication consistently. Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience. Desirable Qualifications: - Experience with caching solutions. - Familiarity with Android, iOS technologies, or mobile APIs. - Ability to prioritize and manage schedules under tight deadlines. - Capable of producing professional, technically-sound, visually-appealing presentations and graphics. - Strong skills in writing, communication, time-management, decision-making, and basic task organization.
