About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, and modern software engineering practices. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on innovative projects, contribute to architecture decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and secure software solutions.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Java and Spring Framework.
Build and enhance RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration across enterprise applications.
Develop robust business logic and backend services using Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA.
Design, optimize, and manage database interactions to ensure high performance and reliability.
Utilize Maven and Gradle for build automation and dependency management.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Implement unit testing, integration testing, and quality assurance practices.
Build and support CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment activities.
Monitor code quality and remediate vulnerabilities using tools such as Sonar and Snyk.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure optimal system performance.
Ensure application security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
Follow Agile development methodologies and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend process improvements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

5 to 8 years of experience in Java-based application development.
Strong proficiency in Core Java and server-side application development.
Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and web services.
Expertise in Maven and Gradle build management tools.
Experience using Git and modern version control practices.
Strong understanding of SQL, database design, and database optimization techniques.
Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks.
Good understanding of CI/CD practices and deployment automation.
Experience with dependency management and vulnerability remediation tools.
Knowledge of application performance tuning and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple development initiatives.
