About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, and modern software engineering practices. What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Java and Spring Framework.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration across enterprise applications.
• Develop robust business logic and backend services using Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA.
• Design, optimize, and manage database interactions to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Utilize Maven and Gradle for build automation and dependency management.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Implement unit testing, integration testing, and quality assurance practices.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment activities.
• Monitor code quality and remediate vulnerabilities using tools such as Sonar and Snyk.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Ensure application security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend process improvements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Java-based application development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and server-side application development.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and web services.
• Expertise in Maven and Gradle build management tools.
• Experience using Git and modern version control practices.
• Strong understanding of SQL, database design, and database optimization techniques.
• Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks.
• Good understanding of CI/CD practices and deployment automation.
• Experience with dependency management and vulnerability remediation tools.
• Knowledge of application performance tuning and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple development initiatives.
