Job Description

Job Title : Senior Developer/Lead

Experience - 6 - 10 years

Location: Pune

We are looking for a Java developer with strong expertise in Java Core, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Join our fast-paced fintech team where innovation meets financial technology. As a Developer, youll help build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications that power digital payments, card management systems and payment tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain fintech applications using
Java (Spring Boot)
Design and implement
secure RESTful APIs
for financial transactions and data services
Collaborate with product managers and analysts to translate financial workflows into technical solutions
Ensure
compliance with security and regulatory standards
(e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR)
Optimize performance for high-volume, low-latency systems
Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and DevOps practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
Ability to build rapport and relationships.
A record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual.
Problem solver and solution-seeking approach.
Knowledgeable possessing the technical knowledge, market knowledge, and other specialized knowledge of the teams problem domain

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of experience as Java Developer
Strong backend expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Multithreading, Rest API, RESTful web services, SQL
Experience with JDK Migration, Spring Migration,
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
