Java Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Gurugram Sector 39. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java development, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise-level applications. This is a full-time, onsite role requiring presence at our office 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain scalable Java applications.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps.

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

Maintain and improve legacy systems as needed.

Follow Agile development practices and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.

Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and Hibernate/JPA.

Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and Maven/Gradle.

Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.

Good understanding of SQL and experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
