Key Responsibilities: - Reports to Team Lead/Module Lead. - Understands given tasks/requirements and develops code accordingly. - Develops code following coding standards and conducts code reviews. - Identifies and analyzes issues requiring more attention and works towards fixing defects. - Maintains program documentation as per agreed standards. Qualification Required: - Technical skills in J2EE, JSP, JDBC, and Oracle. - Good analytical and logical skills. - Ability to learn new technologies, methods, and procedures. - Ability to identify the best development tools and technologies based on project requirements. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external customers. - Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while providing exemplary customer service. Immediate joiners are preferable for this role. The job location is Hyderabad. The minimum qualification required is B.Tech/MCA/BSc (Comp Sc.)/MSc (Comp Sc).
