Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch Implement and optimize RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between backend services and front-end applications Build and manage batch processing workflows using Spring Batch to handle large-scale data processing Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of applications through efficient design and architecture Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions Work closely with database administrators to design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices and coding standards Participate in code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed by the development team Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them in projects Contribute to building an Agile, DevOps-driven, and CI/CD-based development culture Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation
