As a Fresher Java Developer, you will join the engineering team and support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of backend modules and APIs. Youll build your skills in a live fintech environment, working under mentorship, and contribute to impactful financial infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities • Develop, unit test, and maintain Java backend components, APIs, and microservices. • Collaborate with team members to design scalable, efficient solutions. • Debug and resolve defects and performance issues. • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code. • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices (coding standards, version control). • Stay updated on Java / backend frameworks, libraries, and industry trends. • Assist in system integration, testing, and deployment tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Strong fundamentals in Core Java, OOPs, data structures & algorithms. • Basic familiarity with Spring / Spring Boot, REST APIs, or web frameworks is a plus. • Understanding of relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL querying. • Knowledge of version control (e.g. Git). • Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn. • Good communication and ability to work in a team.
