Mid-Level Software Engineer/Developer,

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based backend services using the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Cloud, etc.)
• Design, build, and deploy distributed systems with a focus on scalability, availability, and performance
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Frontend teams to deliver full-stack features
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and architectural discussions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
• Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices in software engineering

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional Java development experience
• Strong Object-Oriented Concepts with knowledge of

  latest Java Language features

• Knowledge of

  Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, Clean Code, Unit Testing

  , Integration Testing
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Cloud, Spring Integration, Spring Security, etc.)

• Solid understanding of

  distributed architecture

  and microservices design patterns
• Experience with

  RESTful/Graph QL APIs

  , messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and asynchronous processing
• Proficiency with

  SQL and NoSQL

  databases like Oracle, Postgres, Redis, MongoDB etc.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g

  ., AWS, GCP, Azure

  ) and containerization tools like

  Docker and Kubernetes

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Creative and Logical thinker who can work independently without supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Exposure to monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Awareness of Cloud Native/Serverless principles
• Awareness of different architectural styles and qualities
• Awareness of System Design principles
