As an Apl Sub Matter Expert II at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to support a top 10 U.S. Insurance Carrier by assisting in streamlining data processes and utilizing advanced analytics to drive business decisions. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of information and aligning with business needs through data strategy and architecture. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze data requirements. - Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring optimal data architecture and reporting. - Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, maintaining clear communication. - Oversee the testing and validation of data solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards. Experience Required: - 7 to 9 years of experience. Language Skills: - Fluent. Education: - Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Relevant Fields of Study: - Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields. Technical Skills: - Project Management - (7+ years). - SAFe Agilist - Intermediate. - Java/J2EE - Advanced (7+ years). - AWS - Entry Level (1-3 years). - SQL - Advanced (7+ years). - Informatica - Entry Level (1-3 years developer). - Websphere/MQ - Entry Level (1-3 years). - Git/Jenkins - Intermediate (4-6 years). - Springboot/RestAPI - Intermediate (4-6 years). - Domain - Insurance background (Good to have).
