Java Consultant

Role Overview: As a Java Consultant at NTT DATA in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India, you will be part of the Polaris program which focuses on providing architectural strategy for post trade and real-time risk/monitoring plant. You will work on standardizing the integration between critical low-latency trading path and post execution plant while optimizing for scalability, resiliency, recoverability, manageability, simplicity, performance, time-2-market, and cost. The team operates a modern platform as a service for High Availability and Resiliency, Observability, Configuration, Orchestration, Authentication, and Logging. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement high-performance messaging middleware/framework - Implement resiliency in applications using the framework and platform - Enhance the SDLC, testing, configuration, and Dev experience with a shift-left approach Qualifications: - 7 or more years of work experience with Java and distributed systems - Strong hands-on core Java programming skills - Hands-on knowledge in distributed systems using Kafka and Streaming - Good communication skills and leadership in development - Hands-on knowledge in Python is a big plus - Knowledge in Kubernetes, DevOps, Cloud computing, and Stream processing is a plus About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30 billion global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
