Hi All, We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java 8, Spring Boot, and Microservices, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications. Location : Greater Noida Notice Period - Only Immediate joiners Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code. Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle. Prepare and produce releases of software components. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review. Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in Java 8. Extensive experience with Spring Boot. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Microservices architecture. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. Experience with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
