Java Backend Developer

As a skilled Back-end Developer joining the IT team, you will be responsible for building and enhancing web-based applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Regularly communicating with stakeholders, project managers, QA teams, and developers to ensure alignment with long-term technology roadmaps. - Developing clean, efficient, and maintainable code to construct scalable web applications. - Debugging and resolving application errors to maintain optimal performance. - Participating in the full application lifecycle with a focus on coding and debugging. - Conducting UI performance tests to enhance responsiveness and stability. - Writing and maintaining unit and integration tests. - Collaborating with Front-end Developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Supporting and training internal teams on application functionalities. - Developing reusable code libraries and tools for future use. - Following Agile software development practices and contributing to continuous process improvements. - Working on cloud-based applications and environments. - Maintaining and interacting with relational databases like MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle. - Coordinating with designers, developers, and system administrators to implement new features.
