Job Description: We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with 4+ years of experience. You will work on building and maintaining backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and MySQL. Location - Ramanujan IT City, Chennai Working Model - Onsite (All 5 days in a week) Looking for an immediate joiner Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, debug, and document high-quality web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and create high-level architecture and design documents Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems Implement microservices architecture using Spring Cloud or similar frameworks Design and maintain database schemas, ensuring data integrity and performance (relational and NoSQL databases Optimize application performance, scalability, and security Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve application issues in a timely manner Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including design patterns, testing, code reviews, and version control Contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline implementation and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Java and Spring Boot application development Strong expertise in: Core Java (Java 11+, ideally Java 17 or later) Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, Spring Security Angular (preferably Angular 15+), HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, JavaScript RESTful API design and development Microservices architecture and best practices Relational (e.g., SQL Server) and NoSQL databases. Version control systems (Git) Build tools (Maven, Gradle, Angular CLI). Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
