Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced and visionary Java Architect, you will lead the design and development of cutting-edge platforms. Your role requires a deep understanding of enterprise architecture and modern software engineering practices. Your primary responsibility will be to define and own the overall architecture, focusing on scalability, performance, and security while promoting technical excellence across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead technical design discussions and collaborate with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to make informed decisions. - Ensure the scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of the systems. - Define and enforce security architecture, evaluate tools and technologies, and provide mentorship to development teams. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions and conduct code and design reviews. - Maintain architectural documentation and stay updated with industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the product architecture. Qualification Required: - Over 12 years of software development experience with a minimum of 4 years in an architectural capacity. - Expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices. - Experience in architecting scalable, distributed systems and event-driven architecture. - Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka, SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL and MongoDB), cloud platforms (Azure), and container technologies (Docker and Kubernetes). - Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, secure coding practices, threat modeling, security compliance, and familiarity with front-end frameworks like React.
