Qualifications Required: - 10 - 14 years of backend engineering experience. - Expertise in Java (11+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, and AWS Cloud. - Experience in system design, scaling, performance optimization, and security. - Hands-on with Microservices, NoSQL databases, RDBMS, and caching techniques. - Proficiency with cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins). - Knowledge of at least one additional programming language (Go, Python preferred). - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum).
