Key Responsibilities

 Must-Have Skills
• 10+ years of experience in Java development, with 3+ years as an architect.• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, etc.• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.• Proficiency with design patterns, domain-driven design, and API gateways.• Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.• Strong background in cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP.• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).• Familiarity with observability tools: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.

• Good-to-Have
  • Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).• Exposure to OAuth2 / JWT-based authentication.• Experience in agile development and leading agile teams.• Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS Certified Architect, etc.) are a plus.
• Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
