Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Java Architect to spearhead the design, architecture, and implementation of high-performance, scalable enterprise software solutions. You will play a pivotal role in building sophisticated applications that redefine financial operations, guide technical teams, and influence architectural direction within the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and architect Java-based enterprise applications with scalability and performance in mind. Set technical direction and drive architectural decisions across projects. Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineering leads to translate business needs into technical solutions. Lead and mentor software engineers; perform code reviews and enforce quality standards. Oversee integration with databases and third-party systems using RESTful APIs and microservices. Ensure security, performance, and compliance standards are upheld in all development efforts Proactively identify areas for improvement and innovation in existing systems. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their potential impact and applicability. Skill & Experience Needed Experience: 8+ years in Java development with at least 2+ years in a technical/architectural leadership capacity. Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./M.Tech in Computer Science or related discipline. Technical Stack: Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, React.js, MySQL (or other relational DBs), Microservices architecture, REST APIs. Expertise in software design patterns, system architecture, and performance optimization. Proven experience with modern frontend technologies (React preferred). Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
