As a Service Delivery Analyst in our ever-evolving WPG team, your role involves operating according to the defined global operating model to maximize consistency across the wider global group. You will be working with a team to seek resolution of production incidents and provide development solutions to introduce application enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Operate according to the defined global operating model for maximum consistency - Work as part of a team to seek resolution of production incidents - Provide development solutions to introduce application enhancements You will be based in our modern Indore hub, where things move fast in APAC. Being part of an agile and dynamic collective, you will collaborate with different teams and offices across the globe.
