The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst position at our company is an intermediate level role where you will be responsible for collaborating with the Technology team to establish and implement new or updated application systems and programs. Your main goal will be to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. Your responsibilities will include conducting tasks such as feasibility studies, estimating time and cost, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, model development, and implementing new or revised applications systems and programs to meet specific business needs. You will also be monitoring and controlling all phases of the development process, providing user and operational support, analyzing complex problems, recommending security measures, and ensuring successful system design and functionality. Additionally, you will be consulting with users/clients and other technology groups, recommending advanced programming solutions, defining operating standards and processes, and serving as an advisor to new or lower-level analysts. You will have the ability to work independently with limited supervision, exercise judgement and autonomy, and act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members. To be successful in this role, you should have 8-10 years of relevant experience using Java backend technologies and Salesforce, experience in systems analysis and programming, project management skills, and the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
