1. Must have56+ years of IT experience
2. Strong Analytical skills
3. Proficient in coding skills, Java 11+, Cloud (AWS/GCP), cache, database, and Spring Cloud & Flux / React
4. Grasp on fundamentals of OOP concepts, Design patterns, Microservice architecture & patterns
5. Learning agility as the person would need to work on multiple technologies.
6. Should have the capability to understand requirements and convert to design and provide pass the same seamlessly to the team who is working on the same.
7. Strong knowledge of Java Concepts, SQL, Spring and Hibernate.
8. Understanding on Reactive programming
Strong Knowledge of J2EE(Spring/Hibernate), Microservices.
Should be proficient working in J2EE and Database queries.
