Role Overview: As an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst at our company, you will be a senior team member responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in collaboration with the Technology team. Your primary objective will be to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities to support the organization's goals. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with multiple management teams to ensure functions are integrated effectively, identify necessary system enhancements for new products and process improvements - Resolve high-impact problems/projects through detailed evaluation of complex business and system processes - Provide expertise in applications programming, ensuring application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint - Utilize advanced system flow knowledge to develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards - Develop a comprehensive understanding of how different business areas integrate to achieve objectives - Conduct in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions - Act as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, assigning work as needed - Assess risks appropriately in business decisions while maintaining compliance with laws, rules, and regulations Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role focusing on Java and Big Data - Extensive experience in system analysis and software application programming - Experience in successfully managing and implementing projects - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development - Ability to quickly adjust priorities as needed - Demonstrated leadership and project management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience required - Masters degree preferred Please note that this job description provides an overview of the typical work performed.
